Shards of 75% dark chocolate are crammed with toasted coconutty goodness and the crunch of crushed toffee.
The chocolate is made with cacao beans from a World Vision partnership with smallholder Solomons cacao farmers in Makira. SPC imports a small quantity of these special, premium beans which are harvested and sorted by teams that include women from the community, and solar-dried using new technology. The partnership aims to increase yield and generate long-term economic empowerment.
