South Pacific Cacao is a privately funded collaboration of cacao and chocolate to provide direct trade, Australian fine foods access to the emerging, premium quality, cacao beans of the South Pacific.
The collaboration with chocolate is renowned chocolate extraordinaire and cacao evangelist, Jessica Pedemont from Chocolate Artisan.
The cacao collaboration comes from Brian Atkin founder of Solomon Islands cacao impact enterprise Makira Gold.
