As far as we’re aware, we are Australia’s only importers of ngali nuts – a tree nut native to the Solomon Islands.
Ngali nuts have a delicious buttery texture and a flavour that’s a marriage of cashew and pine nuts.
Ngali nuts compliment our chocolate perfectly, so we’ve set it in our house-made caramel toffee and sandwiched the toffee between layers of our 75% signature dark chocolate.
