All of our shiny bean to bar chocolate is tempered by hand in our workshop. This bar is our 100% dark, which means 100% cacao, no sugar added!

Recently, we had special students fly from Solomon Islands for in-depth training in chocolate making and complimentary products. These people are already in the chocolate making industry, representing Solomon Islands and the largest female entrepreneurial brand.
