pleasantly surprised. This is SPC’s go-to dark, used in all our moulded chocolates, brittles and
barks.
“Umami” is a term that tasters often use for sauces, broths or meats. This chocolate is a true
umami surprise, backed up with a strong earthiness and hints of black tea, brownie and
sultanas.
Ingredients: Organic cacao nibs, organic raw sugar, undeodorised cacao butter.
