community that supports us. This 60% cacao-level bar is a dark chocolate made from our
Solomon Islands beans and enriched with undeodorised cacao butter from Papua Niugini. Our
locals love it – and you will too.
A step into darker territory, with hints of stone-fruit jam – think plum or cherry – and heavier
notes of tobacco and fortified wine.
