Snap, crackle, crunch! Our Vanilla Mylk Crunch bar is kind of like a solid vanilla-choc milkshake,
without the dairy. It pairs our 50% Mylk chocolate with the crunch of cacao nibs, roasted to
bring out their full flavour. This takes the cacao content to around 60%. It’s finished with Manus
Island vanilla beans, steeped in our house-made coconut mylk.
Subtle vanilla notes, with the nibs leading it down a rambling flavour path to nutty, malty
cereal, with hints of banana.
